Change password

To change your password, enter the current one once and the new one twice. The password must comply with the following rules:

• The password must consist of at least six characters.
• The password must be alphanumeric (letters and numbers).
• The password must contain at least one digit or special character.
• The password must contain at least one upper case letter and at least one lower case letter.
• It?s not possible to reuse one of your last 6 passwords.

N.B. The password can only be changed once within 24 hours.

Temporary password: The 24-hour rule means that you may be unable to change a temporary password immediately. If this is the case, you may have to wait up to a day before you can use ECWS services again.
